High Tide was one of two that he recommended. James McMillan (owner) took the time to explain the process to me over the phone in detail, answered all of my questions, which if you knew me you would know I ask a lot of questions!

He was able to fit us in his schedule in a reasonable period of time and charged a fair price. He is very detail oriented, he methodically examined our house, asked questions about previous water damage and took notes on what I said and what he saw. His written report was in our hands within 48 hours, maybe faster. Of course I had questions after reading it. :). He spent more time answering and educating me. We were very happy with the work he did for us.
